This brand-new purpose-built student accommodation complex has sprawling ground floor courtyards and 3 open roof terraces.

At ground level we supplied more of our Aspect non-combustible seating (those shadow patterns again!) and some linear, cast concrete perch benches.

Up on the terraces we placed a range of seating products from our Mount collection, including benches, picnic tables, seats, cubes and loungers. There are also a handful of our space-efficient Snack 6 tables, Obliq litter bins and an Elements pergola with louvred roof.

We were given a tour of Venti House before the 2026 freshers arrived, and it is a stunning example of PBSA, finished to an incredible level of quality. Our furniture fits right in and will hopefully serve tomorrow’s best and brightest for years to come!
